Thinking of Zik all the time. It’s the spark that ignited my imagination. I’ve always loved memories.

Linux, MySQL, privacy and calm

I’m using textlog to explore the intersection of and tech, with the goal of building an app that solves a problem in this space. Named , it's word represented as a hex color. Of all the words there, it is a cocoa-ish color and is an appropriate name for this idea.

Ubuntu telepítése a VirtualBoxba rendben megtörtént. Már csak egy ügynököt kell bele fogni, és máris kész az "AI torture chamber", ahogy a Futurism írja... Mondjuk, első körben még nem így fogalmaznék...

Ubuntu has been successfully installed in VirtualBox. All you need to do is add an agent and you have an "AI torture chamber", as Futurism describes it... Let's just say I wouldn't put it that way at first...

Happiness is having just enough hot water in my espresso to extend the experience without diluting it overmuch.

Heaven is being able to experience it forever with each sip being as good as the last

, tonight, August 7th 2026. doing some security hardening and UI-UX fixes

hi! welcome and congrats on the ! you can are free to linkify it if you use the full url.

none of my friends have java Minecraft ://

Everyone is on bedrock? there are ways to play on the same server even with different versions.

wait really?! me and my friends were always just talking while in our own worlds..

you can try GeyserMC, you can get it on a custom server and as far as I know you can also use it on Aternos. I've used it a few times on private servers, works pretty well

…

OMGG thank you so much! me and my friends are gonna play tonight!!!

This SM is like a subreddit feed, except you also get a personalized feed along with 'hot' and 'latest' for people you follow. Or maybe it's modelled after twitter? Never used it so wouldnt know

Putting a slide deck together (outside of work), despite agreeing with Tufte on this matter. I’ll also create a handout that tells the story better than the slides and deliver that, too, but was asked to produce a slide deck, and I think that’s part of the “effort theater.” Using Beamer for the slides, but not a theme that looks like Beamer because humans have eyes.

Testing this quiet corner of the web. I collect small notes about everyday tools file formats, tiny utilities, offline workflows. First post is just a hello; longer notes will follow once I settle in. Plain text feels good after years of heavy editors.

Hey that's interesting... I have an interest in plain text markup languages and tools and stuff. Feels like an overlap. :)

I’d love to hear also about these workflows. Welcome!

I wonder, is life best lived like a job? I.e set goals for yourself and then work to achieve them? Today I realised how passively I have been living mine so far, but maybe that's ok? I don't want a second job.

Mind's empty. Heart's full. Desires? Average.

hmmm... what about geo hashtags? I'm in

not sure what u mean.. hashtags cover that or do we need something else?

heh, no I was just trying it out. errrmm... I was never on twitter, so I was just trying out the concept

…

ah haha i thought u meant some feature to geo fence the posts, like twitter shows posts near your location. anyways welcome to the platform! :)

I just discovered that even thou I have already posted a couple of times, I cannot post a link if I don't post first 3 times

how are you guys doing

i love indian food.

Past year's personal projects that went viral: Yet I'm poor and can't get an interview :S how do I solve this?

personal projects probably just arent the right knob if you want to get unpoor. if you want my honest advice i would recommend not showing hallucinate to potential employers, its landing page looks one-shot claude and is gpu heavy. but the others look very nice.

nice to hear though! did you like it? living in berlin for 6 years now

loved it, I visit whenever I can, it's my favorite place on earth :D tried to live there many times, even had a job two times but it didn't work out. The air is different.

its a rough but very lovable place i agree ^^ maybe youll find your way back!

…

Do your stuff well, with love, and life will sort it out.

By the way, I visited the rave and it is a good party! The current DJ is blowing it. I already have a soundtrack for today.

But I already have a first note
