I direct a plan, then break it into phases, and each phase into sections with tasks and sub-tasks. The plan outlines all phases, but only write tasks one phase at a time, since things change. #opinionnotesfollow That's how I've been working with #ainotesfollow for the past few months to a year. I can't figure out what's leaking on my '73 F250. Shows up slowly at the back of the oil pan. It's pretty clear because I've recently changed fluids and scrubbed the engine. It was definitely brake fluid for a while after it was overfilled but that has evened out. The oil level is steady after when checking every 10 miles or so. I empathize, we've had that happen within the last year too, even the same bathroom-over-kitchen floor plan. And the extra test of patience: the kiddos don't have the skills to properly clean and sanitize that kind of mess.

Might be a good outcome to this. Water remediation folks want to take out 30 sqft of drywall to ensure the space btwn floors is fully dry. But my architect father-in-law thinks this is yagni and we can get away with just using a fan and space heater to let it dry out on its own ๐Ÿค”
